Ross is not just the best and most famous historic village in Tasmania, but also very central to excellent golf courses in Tasmania. Many choose to stay in one of our self contained cottages or our Bed and breakfast for a few days and use Ross as a base. Whilst staying in Ross you can also relax and soak up the unique convict history soaked in the sandstone Georgian buildings and picturesque English trees. Some courses can be visited by driving on one road and returning on another so you can enjoy a loop and taking in even more of the beautiful Tasmanian country side.
