longer stays and fishing

Last week we had a family stay at our Captain Samuel’s cottage for 10 days. They loved the idea of choosing to stay in the village or going for day drives at their leisure each day. The husband’s biggest ambition was to catch a fish on our land that boarders onto the river. His wish was fulfilled when he caught a couple of nice brown trout. He sat among the ducks and other water birds with the view of the famous Ross Bridge and could easily pop up to the cottage for another beer or coffee. Gotta love that.
